Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of eranewsgulf.com, a website published by Era News Network. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1Who we are

Era News Gulf is part of Era News Network, a news and media network publishing regional news for audiences in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates through three channels — Era News FSD, Era News HD and Era News Gulf.

You can reach us at eranewsofficial@gmail.com.

2Using the site

You may read, search and share what we publish. You agree not to:

• copy or republish our articles, photographs or video in bulk, or present them as your own;
• use automated tools to scrape the site, or to place a load on it that interferes with other readers;
• attempt to gain access to areas of the site that are not public, or to any account that is not yours;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

3Our content

Everything we publish — reporting, photographs, video, graphics, page design and the Era News name and logos — belongs to Era News Network or to the people we licence it from, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You are welcome to quote a short extract with a clear credit and a link back to the page it came from. Anything more — republishing a full article, using our photographs or video, or any commercial use — needs our written permission first. Write to eranewsofficial@gmail.com.

Some material on the site is supplied by news agencies, contributors or third parties and remains theirs.

4Accuracy and corrections

We report in good faith and check what we publish. News changes, and a story accurate when it is published may be overtaken by later events; we update or correct pages as that happens.

If you believe something we have published is wrong, tell us at eranewsofficial@gmail.com with the page address and what is at issue. We will look into it and correct what needs correcting.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

5Translations

We publish in English, Urdu and Arabic. Some translations are prepared with the help of machine translation and reviewed by our team. Where a translation and the original differ in meaning, the original language version is the one that stands.

6Links and advertising

The site links to other websites and carries advertising. We do not control those sites or the goods and services advertised, and we are not responsible for them. Following a link takes you somewhere governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

7Reader payments

Where the site offers a contribution, subscription or any other paid access, the payment itself is handled by the payment provider named at the point of payment — not by us — under that provider's own terms. What you are entitled to, and how to cancel, is set out where the offer is made.

8What you send us

If you send us a story, photograph, video or tip, you confirm it is yours to send and that we may publish it, with credit, across our channels. We are not obliged to publish anything sent to us, and we may edit it for length and clarity.

9Availability

We try to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10Liability

To the extent the law allows, Era News Network is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
