Dubai Launches Exclusive 5-Year Visa and Membership Program for Frequent Visitors

Dubai introduces the Dubai Access Club, offering a five-year multiple-entry visa and exclusive benefits for invited frequent travelers.

Dubai Launches Exclusive 5-Year Visa and Membership Program for Frequent Visitors

Dubai has introduced the Dubai Access Club, an invitation-only membership program designed to offer frequent visitors a five-year multiple-entry tourist visa along with a range of exclusive perks. The initiative aims to encourage repeat visits by simplifying travel and enhancing the visitor experience within the emirate.

The program, launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is a collaborative effort between the General Directorate for Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Membership is granted through nominations by selected partners and is not available to the general public.

Key partners supporting the Dubai Access Club include Emirates Airline, Accor Hotels, and Visa. Invitations will be extended to eligible travelers through loyalty programs and multinational companies associated with these partners.

Membership Benefits

Once approved, members gain access to benefits such as the ALSAADA Tourist Card from GDRFA Dubai, which offers various city-wide privileges and promotions. Members also receive a Majid Al Futtaim gift card preloaded with credit for use at retail outlets and destinations managed by the group.

Additional advantages include hotel room upgrades, airport lounge access, and priority booking for events. More partners and benefits are expected to be announced in the future.

Supporting Business and Tourism Growth

The program is designed to facilitate easier repeat travel for employees of multinational companies who frequently visit Dubai for business purposes. Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, noted that repeat visitors have significantly contributed to Dubai’s tourism growth, emphasizing the importance of accessibility, service, and safety.

Major General Khalaf Ahmad Al Ghaith from GDRFA Dubai highlighted that the initiative focuses on streamlining travel procedures and offering flexible services tailored to frequent visitors while ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Partner Contributions

Emirates Airline’s Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, stated that the program rewards loyal Skywards members with enhanced privileges during their Dubai visits, including benefits across hotels, restaurants, and attractions.

Accor’s CEO for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, Duncan O'Rourke, emphasized the importance of recognizing returning guests and delivering personalized travel experiences. Visa’s Senior Vice President for UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, Fadi Moukaddem, mentioned that Visa Infinite cardholders would enjoy added value and convenience through this partnership.

The Dubai Access Club aligns with Dubai’s broader strategy to boost tourism competitiveness and visitor loyalty under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. It follows the earlier launch of 'A Dubai Invite,' a program rewarding residents who invite overseas family and friends with exclusive benefits.
