Palm Jebel Ali to Launch First Retail Hub The Yard in 2027
The Yard, Palm Jebel Ali’s inaugural retail and lifestyle center, will open in 2027 featuring 26 brands across retail, dining, and wellness.
Palm Jebel Ali is set to introduce its first retail and lifestyle destination called The Yard, scheduled to open in 2027. This new development will provide residents with convenient access to supermarkets, dining options, healthcare, wellness, and family services.
According to Dubai Retail, The Yard will cover approximately 70,000 square feet of gross leasable space. It will host 26 different concepts spanning retail, food and beverage, wellness, and healthcare sectors.
The facility is designed to serve an estimated 20,000 residents living in Palm Jebel Ali and nearby communities, enhancing the lifestyle offerings in the area.
Among the initial confirmed tenants are Waitrose supermarket, American Hospital, Piccoli, Jumeirah International Nursery, Bateel Café, and Friends Avenue. These brands represent a mix of retail, healthcare, education, and dining services that will be available at The Yard.
