Cars24 and Alba Cars Form Partnership to Boost UAE Automotive Market

Cars24 and Alba Cars have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating growth within the UAE's automotive sector. This collaboration merges Cars24's global automotive technology and financing capabilities with Alba Cars' premium retail presence and established customer base in the region.

Both companies, founded in 2015, combine their complementary strengths to operate one of the UAE's largest automotive retail platforms, selling more than 1,000 vehicles monthly. The partnership seeks to expand their reach further across the Middle East.

Alba Cars has developed into a prominent premium used car retailer in Dubai over the past eleven years. It employs over 200 professionals and achieves around 300 vehicle sales each month, offering a diverse selection across more than 20 automotive brands.

Cars24 has established an international footprint spanning India, the UAE, and Australia, supported by significant investments in technology, vehicle financing, refurbishment, and automotive infrastructure.

The merger is designed to enhance customer experience by combining digital automotive services with Alba Cars' personalized retail expertise and brand recognition. Customers can anticipate a wider selection of vehicles, improved financing options, better aftersales services, and a streamlined process for buying, selling, and owning vehicles.

Abhinav Gupta, CEO of Cars24 Arabia, highlighted the complementary nature of the partnership, stating that Alba Cars' local market insight and customer relationships align well with Cars24's technological infrastructure and scale. He described the collaboration as a key step toward building one of the region's largest automotive businesses.

Talib Alrubai, founder and CEO of Alba Cars, emphasized the brand's growth and trust earned over eleven years. He expressed confidence that joining forces with Cars24 would elevate the business to new heights by combining local expertise with international technology and resources.

The partnership will focus on expanding automotive retail operations, enhancing digital capabilities, and investing in infrastructure to sustain growth across the UAE. Alba Cars will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership, while select support functions will integrate with Cars24's global operations.
