Dubai Global Village Issues Warning on Fake VIP Pack Websites Ahead of Season 31

Dubai's Global Village has alerted the public about counterfeit websites and unauthorized sellers offering VIP Packs prior to the opening of Season 31 on October 14. The popular family destination emphasized that VIP Packs are exclusively available through the official Coca-Cola Arena website.

The park warned that purchases made via unauthorized sources may be fraudulent, and any such VIP Packs could be canceled or deactivated in line with the terms and conditions. Visitors are urged to remain vigilant against scams, as no other sellers or websites are authorized to distribute these packs.

Earlier, on September 19, Dubai Police also issued a warning regarding fake websites and social media accounts promoting fraudulent Global Village packages. Authorities cautioned the public to avoid offers with suspiciously low prices or unrealistic deals, advising that tickets and packages be purchased only through official channels and to refrain from clicking on unknown links or accounts.

Season 31 VIP Packs Details

VIP Packs for the upcoming season went on sale starting September 26. This year, the packs are themed around a "Global Village Story Book" concept, making the pack itself a collectible item inspired by the destination’s milestone journey.

There are six VIP and Mega Pack options available, allowing guests to select the package that best fits their desired experience throughout the season.

• Diamond VIP Pack: priced at Dh7,900 with a Dh1,000 priority booking fee
• Platinum Pack: Dh3,490 with a Dh500 fee
• Gold Pack: Dh2,490 with a Dh300 fee
• Silver Pack: Dh1,890 with a Dh200 fee

Eligibility to purchase requires individuals to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Emirates ID.

The Mega Gold and Mega Silver VIP Packs return this season, combining premium Global Village privileges with bundled Dubai Parks and Resorts seasonal passes or tickets. These are priced at Dh4,990 and Dh3,490 respectively, offering added value for families and frequent visitors.

Season 31 of Global Village will operate for over seven months, running until May 2027. Under the theme "A More Wonderful World," it will feature a variety of entertainment, dining, and shopping experiences for guests.
